What size are your pet ID tags?
Our dog ID tags measure:
- Small - ⅞" / 22mm (a 1p coin measures 20.3mm)
- Large - 1¼" / 32mm (a 2p coin measures 25.9mm)
Our cat ID tags measure:
- One Size- ⅞" / 22mm (They're actually the same size as our small dog ID tags)
Will my tag come with a split ring or can I purchase one seperately?
Large tags are supplied with a 20mm split ring. Small tags are supplied with a 12mm split ring. Extras can also be purchased separately.
How much text can I fit on my pet tag?
All of our pet tags can be printed with upto 5 lines of text with a maximum of 20 characters per line (including spaces) - that's a huge 100 characters overall. Yep, you can write a short story on there!
How are your tags made?
Our pet ID tags are made from a strong recycled steel core and coated in a high quality polymer. A special process infuses the images permanently to the pet tag ensuring a high quality vivid image and long lasting durable finish.
Who designs your ID tags?
We do! All of our pet ID tags are designed in house and are exclusive and copyrighted to Wag-A-Tude Tags. If you can't find a design that you like, either have a go at creating your own, or drop us an email with an idea and we'll work to get something unique created for you!
Can I purchase pet tag silencers seperately?
Yes, extra silicone pet tag silencers can be purchased separately.
How long does delivery take?
All tag orders are usually processed within 48 hours. We highly recommend double checking your personalisation details before submitting your order to avoid any delays. Tags will arrive in a small envelope along with your normal post.
UK orders are processed using First Class post.
International orders are processed using International standard letter.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes!
We're proud of our tags and want you to be happy with them too. All of our tags come with a free silicone pet tag silencer, not only does this reduce that annoying jingling sound, they protect the tag from being bashed about during your pet's adventures. In the unlikely event that your tag ever becomes unreadable, we'll replace it for free. All we ask is that you contact us with your order number and a picture of the tag so we can identify any fault.

We will dispatch a new ID tag to you immediately on receipt.
I have received my order but the information is incorrect, what should I do?
We work hard to get things right first time, but mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event something has gone wrong then please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@wagatudetags.com with your order number and we'll work with you to get this corrected straight away.
My transaction appears as Rich and Robin on my bank/credit card statement, why?
Wag-A-Tude is part of the Rich and Robin partnership and all payments are processed through this.
Do you offer wholesale pet tags or bulk pricing?
