We're proud of our tags and want you to be happy with them too. All of our tags come with a free rubber silencer, not only does this reduce that jingling sound, they protect the tag from being bashed about during your dog's adventures. In the unlikely event that your tag ever becomes unreadable, we'll replace it for free. All we ask is that you contact us at info@wagatudetags.com with your order number and a picture of the tag so we can identify any fault.
