    What size are your pet ID tags?

    What size are your pet ID tags?

    🐈 Small - 24mm / ⅞" – Recommended for pets under 22lbs / 10kg
    🐕 Large - 34 mm / 1¼" – Recommended for pets (or even humans!) 22lbs / 10kg and up

    How much text can I fit on an ID tag?

    You have the freedom to personalise your pet ID tag with up to 5 lines of text, allowing for 20 characters per line, including spaces. This generous character limit of 100 ensures you can include all the essential information that matters most to be reunited with your furry friend!

    How are your tags made?

    All of our tags are handmade in our workshop. Crafted with durability in mind, our pet ID tags feature a sturdy metal core. We take pride in infusing vibrant images onto an aluminum insert, which is expertly embedded into the tag. To ensure longevity and withstand your pet's exciting escapades, we finish off by coating the tag with a high-quality, automotive-grade resin to seal. This resilient sealant serves to enhance durability, ensuring that the tag can endure various environmental factors (mud baths anyone?) and continue looking its best. With this final touch, we aim to provide you with a pet tag that not only looks great but also stands the test of time.

    Will my tag come with a split ring?

    Yes! Your tag will be accompanied by a split ring for easy attachment.

    For small tags, a 12mm split ring will be provided, while large tags come with a 25mm split ring.

    We would like to kindly remind you that the split ring is intended solely for attaching the tag to your dog's collar. For optimal safety, it is essential to remember that your dog's lead should always be directly attached to the D-ring of their collar. This ensures a secure connection between your dog and the lead, minimising the risk of accidental detachment during walks or other activities.

    Ordering and delivery

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.wagatudetags.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@wagatudetags.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    How long does delivery take?

    16 / 12 / 2023 LAST DATE FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IN THE UK IS MIDNIGHT 17TH DECEMBER 2023.

    International pre-Christmas delivery is no longer available.

    Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days from Monday to Friday. The delivery process varies based on the destination:

    For UK orders, we dispatch via Royal Mail First Class - 1-3 business days.
    Mainland USA orders are shipped via our special service ending with USPS making the final stage delivery - 7-10 business days.
    Rest of the world orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (if available) - 5-14 business days.

    Please note that actual delivery times may depend on various factors, including the specific location, customs and local postal services.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products can be delivered to any location across the globe.

    I'm ordering from the EU. Will I be charged customs fees?

    When shipping items from the UK to the EU, they fall under the category of imports into the EU and may incur customs duties, taxes, and additional charges. The amount of these fees is usually determined by the value and origin of the goods, as well as the particular customs regulations of the EU member state you are dealing with.

    If you prefer to settle the customs fees upfront during the ordering process and want to avoid any unforeseen expenses, you have the option to make your purchase through our Etsy store

    What are your delivery charges?

    We have the following delivery charges:

    Delivery within the UK is free of charge.

    For USA orders, the delivery cost is a flat rate of £3.75. Free shipping is available for orders £28 and over (Approx $35).

    Delivery to the rest of the world is available at a flat rate of £9.00. Free shipping is available for orders £75 and over (Approx €87, CA$125, AU$144).

    Can I track my order?

    Certainly! We understand the importance of tracking your order. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notification. This email will contain relevant details, including a tracking number if applicable. This way, you can easily monitor the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its estimated delivery time.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

    My Paypal transaction appears as Rich and Robin. Why?

    When you make a Paypal transaction for Wag-A-Tude Tags, you may notice that it appears as "Rich and Robin." This is because Wag-A-Tude Tags operates as part of the Rich and Robin partnership, and all Paypal payments are processed through this entity. Rest assured that this is a normal and expected occurrence, and it does not affect the validity or security of your transaction.

    Returns

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    Regarding returns, please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty. We take pride in creating unique and customised products specifically tailored to your preferences. However, if you receive a faulty item, we are more than happy to assist you with a return.

    My order has arrived but my information is incorrect. What can I do?

    If you have received your order and notice that the information is incorrect, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We strive to ensure accuracy, but mistakes can occur on rare occasions. If this happens, please contact us promptly by emailing info@wagatudetags.com. Kindly include your order number and a photo of the issue in the email, and we will work closely with you to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

    It's important to note that our personalised products are created based on the information provided by the customer during the ordering process. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the personalisation details entered at the time of placing the order.

    Do you offer a guarantee?

    Our tags are designed with durability in mind to withstand your pet's daily adventures. We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee that the information on your tag will never scratch off or fade. If, by any chance, this occurs we offer a refund or free replacement.

    It's important to note that this guarantee does not cover tags that have been chewed or lost. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as these circumstances are beyond our control.
