Delivery & Returns
Wag-A-Tude Tags offer free delivery within the UK. International delivery starts at £3.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days, except at weekends.
All orders to the mainland USA are shipped via our special service ending with USPS delivering the final stage.
Orders to the rest of the world are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked (Where a tracked service is available). The delivery aim to Europe is 5-7 working days and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world.
A signature is not required to receive Wag-A-Tude Tags, they will arrive as a letter with your regular post.
If your pet ID tags have not arrived after 7 working days in the UK and after 14 working days to the rest of the world then please do get in touch with us so we can investigate things further.
Returns
We're proud of our tags and want you to be happy with them too. In the unlikely event that your tag becomes unreadable within 12 months, we'll replace it for free. All we ask is that you contact us at info@wagatudetags.com with your order number and a picture of the tag so we can identify any fault.
If you are unable to get a photo over to us you can return the tag in the post to us at:
